To start using SmartSell POS, begin by downloading the app on your Android device Google Play Store. Install the app, open it, click registration, and fill out a simple sign up form within the app. Next, confirm your registration by logging into your email account and following the instructions provided in the registration email. Once confirmed, you will receive the necessary details related to the Backoffice.
You can add items to the POS system either from the POS app or Backoffice. After adding your items, you're ready to use the SmartSell POS system.
The Backoffice web portal is a cloud-based platform that stores and allows remote monitoring of all your POS System data records. After completing the registration process in the POS App, you will receive an email containing the activation steps for the Backoffice. Through the Backoffice portal, you can access sales, inventory, customers summary and detailed reports that provide a comprehensive view of your business.
