1. How to Avoid Printing Duplicate Receipts

POS system allows business owners to restrict or grant approval for printing duplicate receipts.

 

  1. Login to POS Back Office Webportal
  2. Select “ Users” from main menu

2. How to Avoid Printing Duplication Receipts

  1. Go to the “Access Rights”
  2. Click on the “Cashier” or already created user role

3. How to Avoid Printing Duplication Receipts

  1. Select “Function” modules
  2. Untick / OFF the “Prebill” option
  3. Click the “Update” button

4. How to Avoid Printing Duplication Receipts

Once this option is UNTICK and updated, POS App NOT shows the duplicate “print receipt” option at the billing summary interface. Also, the user will NOT be permitted to take PAST RECEIPTS print.
