Setting Up and Changing PINs for Admin and Employees

In your POS system, you have the flexibility to create different employees with varying permissions and roles to suit your business needs. Additionally, you can set Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) for your employees, providing an added layer of security and accountability. 

Step-by-step guideline

Setting Up a PIN:

  1. Login to the backoffice web portal using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the "Users" section
  3. select "Employees."
  4. Click "Create Employee" or Click on the already created employee
  5. Enter details and add a PIN 
  6. Click Create button

 

 

 

Changing a PIN:

 

  1. Login to the backoffice web portal using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the "Users" section
  3. select "Employees."
  4. Click on the already created employee
  5. Enter a new PIN 
  6. Click "Update" button

 

After updating the PIN, ensure that the POS app is connected to the internet to activate the new PIN.

Once activated, the updated PIN will be reflected in the POS app, and the employee can use it for authentication.
